It is a short week and what many consider the official start of summer. Especially exciting since according to the American College of Sports Medicine, Minneapolis and St. Paul are the healthiest and fittest cities in the US. On Fridays, we do our #4Q’s Round-Up … the Twitter and Facebook chatter touched on Memorial Day, changes to Creative Suite, farmer’s markets, and photography. Read on:

It was Memorial Day. How are you spending the day?

Barbecues and time at the cabin or in the camper are definitely fun, as well as taking in Star Trek when it was raining. But, thinking about the service men and women is the heart of this holiday — tributes are especially stirring.

Did you take any pictures over the holiday weekend?

When Professional Litho sales rep Mary Althaus replied that she took just one, we had to know more. With a little coaxing, she revealed a bit more: “Morels! Freshly harvested. Have to record this year’s bounty. Yummy. Little garlic, little butter and some fettucini. Maybe a splash of cream.” We’ll be right over, Mary!

Have you updated to the latest version of Creative Suite?

Most of the discussion about Adobe lately has been about the shift to Creative Cloud subscriptions. We’re watching with interest. But, an unscientific CNET survey indicates many are disappointed.

Do you shop the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market?

I love Thursday lunches at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market on nearby Nicollet Mall. This week’s bounty included asparagus, sweet corn, fresh herbs, tomatoes, lavender, and nasturtiums … oh, and hummus!

An invitation: You can let us know your viewpoint — here, on Facebook, or on Twitter — Monday through Thursday, we pose questions ranging from lighter fare to industry-focused topics. Every Friday we look back at the week and dig a little deeper. If you are on Twitter, we are @ProLitho — please follow us, and join the discussion about this week’s #4Qs. We’d also love to have you check us out at Facebook and LinkedIn.
