Even though it is cold outside, spring has sprung! This week’s Twitter chatter covered the changing role of technology and devices, the dawning of a new quarter, the official change of seasons, and online ad blockers via #4Qs.

You can let us know your viewpoint — here or on Twitter — Monday through Thursday, we pose questions ranging from lighter fare to industry focused topics. Every Friday we look back at the week and dig a little deeper. If you are on Twitter, we are  @ProLitho  — please follow us, and join the discussion about this week’s #4Qs. Here they are:

Do you BYOD?

This from our own Dave Schultz (@csrdave): “Three years ago corporate IT departments were dead set against letting your iPhone on the corporate network and enterprise email and companies issued Blackberries to everyone! Now more iPhones than Blackberries are used on corporate networks – and most of those were bought by the employee not the employer. Do you carry two phones? That sounds redundant.

Q2 is coming! Do you have a planning strategy?

Some see quarterly planning and especially reviews as a strategy for transforming business relationshipsand finding hidden opportunities. At the very least —whether you use it as a tool for your business or a client’s—it can be a tool for you to consider long-term plans and consider next steps.

Welcome spring! Is there anything about your business that changes with the seasons?

Sure, seasonal businesses change with the weather. But, the metaphor of spring and new growth in the world offers questions to direct growth in your business. And, there are also spring cleaning tips — you could refresh your image, consider how you talk about your business, or literally clean out and archive your files.

Do you use an ad blocker when online?

A worthy question as Facebook monetizes some postings with the option of sponsored posts and Google pulled the popular AdBlock software for Android from Google Play, sparking debate and a strong reaction from users.
